I think I may have the answer to my own question! Based on her appearances in the current carrots campaign (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bhq_NL6jL0 -- Notice the model's face, especially from beneath her nose to her chin), I believe the "Get a Geek" action figure we all secretly want to teach us how to use our laptops is Stephanie Loba.
